I deleted my library set and tried again without Gooee. Anarchy isn't working. Please fix. I can provide screenshots if needed.

Send Skyve log report or move it log report or Ui.log and modding.log from %AppData%\..\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Logs\. I am not fixing anything, but I should be able to tell from logs whether you have fixed the gooee situation or not.
Ahh I get it now!. Damn I didn't know I was plotting Trees with Anarchy. Damn. Is there anyway I can turn that off and still use Anarchy while plotting trees? I wanted to use it because so that I can make trees denser that way.
Just clear the trees yourself with the brush and right click. I don’t have a better solution for you right now. Some decisions have consequences, and you need to balance the outcomes.
What are you saying is the source of the crash? I would need a Skyve log report or move it zip or your log files to have possibly have any idea what might caused the crash. I can tell you I tested and had my mods tested To verify they didn’t cause crashes before the game update. I believe they are stable.

Either Launch game from skyve dashboard or manually go into %AppData%/../Local/Low/Colossal Order/Cities Skylines II/Mods and delete any folders there related to gooee or mods dependent on gooee or mods that gooee depends on. Also mods data folder too.
I tried to run the game with only Anarchy and it's dependencies by Skyve. When I click on the intersections, roundabouts, communications and vegetation tab, the game crashed to desktop. Which log should I upload.
This is how we ask people to share the log report from Skyve on the cities skylines modding discord. You can send it to me here or there in the technical support channel.
None of the errors look like something that I would expect from anarchy despite Anarchy being the only main mod in your playset. I'm curious if you still get this crash with am empty playset?

The mod has been updated already, if you can see the mod in the settings but not in the UI: Unsubscribe from Gooee, and any dependencies of gooee, any other mods dependent on gooee. got it working i switch off the gooee because sykve said it was broken as soon as i switch it on everything started working
