You're still trying to run Extended Road Upgrades 1.4.0.0? It's been broken for awhile.
Stair and Path asset pack is supposed to be broken according to skyve.

Those saves are broken and can be removed.
My impression is that the game tried to load Extended Road Upgrades and then refused to load any other mods. Anyhow. Get rid of broken content and see if it works then.

I removed both the Extended Road Upgrades and the broken asset packs.
Unfortunately Anarchy still doesn't load and therefore doesn't work.

Is it possible to downgrade move it to an older version. since V1.7.11 move it makes my CPU spike to 100 and makes it almost impossible to use it. id like to reset it back to 1.7.10, when ive had no issues with it.
This is Anarchy, not Move it. Are you having issues with the Anarchy update while using Move it or just with the Anarchy update in general?

Edit: yes you can downgrade with Skyve or PDX mods website. I don’t know about in game, but maybe.

Hey, it seem everytime I replace elevated road it change the supporting pillar to terrain. Anyway to remove it?
There’s a setting that makes the replace tool mode not do that by default, or you can toggle the tool options to replace general, left and right and then it will preserve the existing configuration. The setting just makes those toggles off by default when you start the game.
This is intended behavior.
You also have the option to turn off all of the network anarchy content in the settings if that’s you’re preference.
When anarchy is installed and I upgrade undergroung roads it always make it ground+retaining walls, anyways to fix?
You have a few options:
1. Toggle the options to replace General, Left, and Right.
2. I think its In the options menu, UI tab, network anarchy group, you can choose a setting so that by default these toggles are set to not replace general, left and right when you start the game. That way force ground is not the defualt for the replace tool.
3. Disable network anarchy in the options menu if you really don't like it.
