Hey I love this game and I was wondering if there was a mod that adds in Babylon, Assyria, Pheonicia, Hittites, Scythians, Judea (in an earlier period), along with many other major empires. If not can a mod like that be made (preferrably as an addon to Magna Terra possibly?).

There hasn't been one, to my knowledge. Now that the end date is fully moddable, I can see this kind of mod being very plausible (and in fact would be very interested in it myself!).
This would be a great idea and would fit perfectly within the game mechanics, just change elephants to chariots.
I've thought in expanding Magna Terra to the past, about to the time Judea and Chaldeans go to war.
However, I didn't do it before as there are few countries and there is a lot of time between big changes, so if you start at that date, you can have a huge empire when in reality the maps barely changed. Also, the game can't allow for something as the greek citystates winning against the Achaemid Empire, that's why MT starts at Gaugamela, when the empires are balanced.
I'm more interested into expanding now MT into the future, maybe sometime I can do it back, but I doubt it for now
