The game animation of icons, notifications and ships stutters progressively worse when running at >>> speed. Eventually the notification bar becomes almost unresponsive and pop up dialogs are delayed or unresponsive.
System: PS5 and PS4. Tested on both.

Reloading the game resolves the problem but only temporarily. This suggests it is a cumulative affect that is cleared by reloading such as a memory leak or some other kind of compounding issue

It gives the impression the game speed is running too fast for the user interface to cope with.

Reverting to >> resolves the issue but obviously slows the game down during quiet mid game periods.
