Annexation bug?

I was just playing a game where I was at war with Britain and all her Indian allies. I occupied one of the one-province Indian states and annexed it- but after I pressed the "annex" button, the peace resolution screen was still up and "proceed to negotiations" was still clickable. Out of curiosity (it killed the cat, you know) I pressed the button- and had a crash to desktop.

happened to me, too, but in another constellation (german unification war).

Yeah- I found the same circumstances arose in my own German unification experience. Of course, I knew better than to click "Proceed to Negotiations" this time.
