Annexing Major

Hi,

I'm sure this is covered in the manual or a faq, although I can't find it.

I edited the GC so that I could play Scotland. And I eventually conquered everything that England (Major) owned. I can't annex them or anything. What am I doing wrong? I'm just a tad bit sick of having to keep conquering Ireland and southern England just to get two or three provinces every few years, not to mention the stability loss.

there is a way, if you're using the IGC 1.9c, use the configEU.exe and leave 7 of the 8 slot at 'none'. this will make the major annexable.

And doesn't Scotland have a permanent CB against England ?

btw,

if you want to play the GC and NOT the IGC, you have to manually edit out the other 7 countries in the scenario file so that they can be annexable. In order to do that, just delete them.

I can edit them out, but will the saved game still work?
