If they're not showing up in the game, I would recommend that you both restart Steam and verify your game files.

In my case, I have restart steam several times and checked the files, and they still do not appear.

Restart of the Steam helped and now I have all CCP available, thanks.

Restarted Steam and still no CCP available sadly.


The patch is great, city is alive again, I can't believe it, but I have traffic jams in my city, which is GREAT. And moreover performance is significantly better!

Any word on fixing the issues with the Region Packs, especially the UK and Japan ones?

We are hoping to update them soon; you will see them update on Paradox Mods when we do!

I'm still updating the game, excited to make my own experiences. Have you been able to see semi-trucks transporting goods to industrial areas or more activity in industrial areas in general? Or delivery trucks importing stuff from ports to commercial buildings?

How much better?

Before on x3 speed the actual speed (based on simulation tab in developer tools) was for me around 0.03 - 0.5, now it's 2 and it's quite stable. It's ~4 times faster.

Wow. Game runs a lot faster now. 1.9x speed at 2 x setting with 560k population.

I have still problems with the new Packs. I bought the physical Edition via Amazon and try to start on Steam. I restarted Steam, rebootet the Computer, verified the files, no change.

I can definitely see more trucks in industry areas, because I now have HUGE traffic jams there (which is great)!

Ryzen 5 7600X, Geforce 4070. The city is around 280k.

Their also not in my library, while I have everything else in my lib, including the bridges and port expansion on steam.

Why are region packs “mods” rather than “creator packs”? It doesn’t make any sense releasing official content as “mods”
