Hip has a modular exe installer, most mods are simply "drop the folder and the .mod into the My Documents mod folder".

CK2+ was easier to install as a noob in the workshop.. but I had to turn off the stupid autoupdate feature as well since I'm waiting for the latest Conclave patch *ahem* adjustments. Hoping to see the new map improvements soon!

Could you mention what the last version that was available on Steam Workshop will be? Just so that people who used to rely on Steam Workshop to autoupdate CK2+ know if they have the latest one.

The one that's up now will be the last one.

Quite sad. I personally don't like to watch forum for the new update. It was so good to just subscribe to this mod at workshop and just go into the game once again while I saw update is coming in Steam.
But I think I can respect your decision. You made so much good stuff for both Victoria and CK2 that it's just unfair to argue about that.

Just in case it isn't already obvious:

as of 4.04, CK2Plus is officially off the Workshop.

I've updated the installation instructions in the download thread (first post) to be a bit more detailed and to also provide the necessary directories for OS's other than Windows. If you have any questions, please let us know.
