I`ve been working on a little mod lately. Its mostly based on ideas I had during beta that didnt make it into the final game.
The events and changes focus on Romania and southeast asia.

List of changes:
Added Kwangtung (U18) and Kwangsi (U19) as new countries.
Added Eastern Turkmenistan (U17) as revolter.
Removed initial CHI and CHC claims on TIB and SIK, to increase the laters survivability.
Added claims for HUN and BUL, against ROM and YUG.
New CHI, CHC and JAP ai.
Added flags for Romania, Eastern Turkmenistan, Kwangsi and Kwangtung, courtesy of Txini (thx

Dummy leaders and ministers for new countries.
Added minimum tech for all countries:
techapps = { 4001 4303 }
This means all countries have the ability to convert coal->oil->rubber.
Changed CHCs starting alignment to prevent it from joining comintern.
Changed Romanias starting alignment to make it more historical (closer to the allies).

Romania
These events use many of the ministers that *someone* went to great lengths to research, but hardly ever gets used in normal HoI, but more importantly they produce a much more true to history simulation of Romanias drift from democracy to fascist to communist. It also provides some interesting what-ifs, like a communist takover during the crisis of 1940 (which usually ends with a fascist takeover). There might be problems with the anti-fascist event not resulting in war with GER, if GER has or gives MA to ROM, but theres nothing I can do about that...
French Thai war
There are about 6 events for SIA, VIC and JAP covering the french-thai war, and japanese mediation in it.
In addition there are SIA events to give JAP access through it, and the possibility of making SIA a JAP puppet.
Marco Polo bridge incident
I cant belive HoI shipped without it...
Chinese civil war
When JAP is eliminated the Chinese civil war usually starts up again. Other nations will return chinese territory. When the civil war ends the victor gets claims on all of China, possibly Mongolia as well.
SOV vs MAN
Dow vs MAN if SOV is at war with JAP after 44, she dows MAN as well.
JAP puppets join axis when JAP joins axis
Made such events for MAN, MON, PHI, SIA, AST, NZE, CHI, CHC, SIK, U18, U19, U17.
This is marginal, but it always bothered me that puppets JAP made before joining the axis never joined.
Revolt in eastern Turkmenistan
This was supposed to be three events, one of them covering Soviet intervention, but it was cut. Expect a improved set of events covering this later, which also includes events for the revolt spreading into the USSR, especially if they dont intervene.
This event seems to fire too often, but it might just be coincidence, any feedback is appreciated.
Kwangsi and Kwangtung
A set of events covering the KMT campaign of 1936, including the possibility of a japanese intervention. If they by some miracle survive through 36, there are two events that almost guarantee a JAP dow when the sino-jap war starts. All in all, the chance of any of these surviving for more than a year or two are minimal.
All in all, 60+ events.
Any feedback or bug reporting is more than welcome. Just post it here. Events have been tested, but I have not done extensive testing regarding playbalance, and havent tried to address playbalance issues.
Future plans:
Turks in USSR revolt, both from the revolt in eastern turkmenistan, and from the bitter peace.
Possible JAP puppets: Indochina, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Burma, Indochina and Indonesia.
Events covering JAP victory in China.
Events leading up to the German attack on Norway.
Romania can switch sides if losing to GER.
