First of all, amazing game! I get that it's a few days old and will have bugs, so although I find these extremely annoying (and sometimes causes my game to become unplayable), I'm still a VERY satisfied customer and well into the "shut up and take my money!" territory.

First off, I have a situation which has happened several times. Early in a game (first few years) I'll have a hijacked fleet with a power level of 25 in my system (maybe from fighting pirates early on when they enter my starting system?), and an army of 75. Normally I have my army set to aggressive stance, but in this specific situation, the red 'gonna fight' line flickers on and off rapidly. Even if i change to passive stance and explicitly tell them to attack, they just fly near it and do nothing. But because there's an 'aggressive' enemy in my system, all my civilian ships by default flee to stations, preventing me from playing without extreme micro management with evasive set off. When this happens I just restart my game -- again, happens early on, and has happened more than a few times... The attached picture is a situation where it flickers red as you see in the image, to the 'zzz' state, back to red over and over.

Secondly, when a science ship is sent to research a special thing, sometimes they are sent to items they cannot actually research due to the scientist either dying, or being too low level. This causes the ship to fly up to the target, and the 'scan' line flickers rapidly on and off (like the issue above). The ship will sit like this forever until I completely cancel all actions and re-queue everything else. This makes me paranoid and I tend to avoid automatically sending science ships to research locations via the popup dialogues.
