When looking for a city you have a treaty with, or, more likely, looking for cities you have no treaty with, you either have to remember the city, or click through all of them.
I personally felt the need for a quicker info when playing ORDER with a focus on vassals.
There were treaties I just couldn't renew, or the offers were not particular of advantage at the moment, though at a later point they were (e.g. when you have the excess).
Suggestion:
Show active treaty with a little icon in the overview, like so:
