Anomaly name missing - says "Anomaly" instead

PS4 - V: Cepheus v3.4.5.77710, R: 07.00

All DLC up through expansion pass four installed - none from five. It is all set to Inactive.

This started happening as soon as the 7.00 update was installed.

I start a new game and start surveying. Every anomaly that comes up has the same issue - it says "Anomaly" instead of the actual anomaly name.

I tried restarting the PS4 and starting new games, but get the same issue.

See attached file. The title of the anomaly should say "Life Signs" (I think), but says "Anomaly".

Am also seeing this Bug.

Anomaly title mising on popup, only appears in situation log and cursor highlight.

Version: Most recent for Xbox
DLC installed: All
Bug First observed: 3/8 following update
Replication: Seems to occur on each anomaly.
Saves: Appears on all saves
Steps taken: Continues to occur after reloading saves
