This is rather a different issue than the one I had last time, which involved someone inheriting a Kingdom and taking his demesne with him when he left for that court.

In this case, the Duchy of Calabria and the Duchy of Kabylia share a common heir. I control the titles of both relevant Kingdoms—Africa and Sicily—and both have High Crown Authority.

In the save file, the Duchy of Kabylia is currently in rebellion. As such, I get warnings that Calabria is in danger of leaving the realm on succession. This makes a certain amount of sense while the war is on, since a Kabylia in revolt would understandably take Calabria into revolt with it, in the event of a personal union between the titles.

However, surrendering to Kabylia does not resolve the problem—the warning remains. Ending the war, then killing first the Duke of Kabylia and then the Duchess of Calabria does in fact cause Calabria to leave. Because this is an instance of an independent Duchess inheriting a duchy away from a kingdom with High Crown Authority, I have to feel that this is not working entirely as intended.
