I wonder that no one else discovered this since now...i searched for it and not found it!
If you start negotiations with another country and demand a tech or a province the negotiation success stays at 100% though you not offer anything and the ai will accept this.
Through this way you can gain the half world! :D
Very curious!
Has anyone else experience these thing?

This doesn't work for me. Which patch are you using? Are you sure you don't have the "neville" cheat on?

I'm using 1.03... and no i've not activated this cheat!
Very strange!
Edit:
Just reloaded game now everything normal???
What's this?

I have noticed that the order in which you add terms to a proposed trade affects the displayed success percentage. However I also noticed that the actual chance of success was not impacted.

For instance suppose I wanted to trade for a single tech. If I first add the tech I want to the trade screen the chance of success is 0%. Then if I add the cash/claims/techs I am offering the chance of success starts to go up and eventually reaches a level (say 50%) that corresponds with the actual chance of success. However if I first add what I am offering, the chance of success goes immediately to 100%. Then if I add just a single tech that I am demanding I've noticed situations where the displayed chance of success remains at 100%. But when I actually try to execute the trade, the trade will get rejected, implying that the displayed success percentage was not truely dynamic.

If you have neville on and you start a new game or load a game without restarting Vic neville stays on. Could that be it?

You're correct. If you don't restart the program, the cheats stay enabled.
