So I played Hearts of Iron 2 version 1.3b all morning, no problems. When I got home today and started back up, I get the flickering problem other people have been getting. I've used Castellons standard advice, but to no avail.
Specs are as follows:
WinXP home sp2
Dimension Dell 2400
1022 mb ram
41 gigs of hard drive space free
Radeon 9250
SoundMAX Digital Audio
DirectX 9.0c
I don't think it would be the video driver as it just started happening today...and though I suppose something had to have changed, I don't remember doing ANYTHING to my cpu...and I'm the only one that uses it. It's the flickering others have been talking about, like a milisecond here and there. Only have problems with HoI2, other games seem to work fine.
EDIT: Well, after a few tries with different video drivers, I found one that works. Guess I jumped the gun posting, and I apologize. Any way a mod can delete or lock this thread?
