Dislike for that game. Eugen must continue wargame series with alternative timeline, not WWII.
Also DLC must be free!
Paradox, you are destroying another game series. Hoi4 is dead, ton's of bugs.
I will continue playing Darkest hour and Wargame red dragon.

personally looking forward to see how they justify french "flavor" this time

I don't think there's much if any "flavor" this time. It's not a free-for-all that can be assumed to be taking place anywhere in the world in an entire decade. It's an exact place and time, and one of the most well documented battles in human history. TO&Es, penetration data, armor values, etc. are all historical facts. It's not guesswork like with Wargame, where half the stuff in it still have classified specifications.

I find it very boring that they're focusing on Normandy. It's been done to death and I think the best thing ever that came out of that particular battle was Close Combat 5 which is now 17 years old.

Though i was sad with it being Normandy focus, much rathering a Desert war or 1940 France/even Greece but thats my thing, i suspect there would still be upset people simply because it doesnt involve specific countries no matter what.

Just wait, every game must start somewhere, Normandy is the most iconic western known conflict, meaning its the best bet for a new game series to start in as its the most likely to bring success, 1 does not simply base their game in an a

At least it acknowledges the existenc of allied forces east of Omaha Beach. Most games narrative of Normandy goes "Band of Brothers,1st 20 minutes of Saving Private Ryan,Last 20 minutes of Saving Private Ryan." By the look if it there's a good chance they'll be covering Goodwood, Epsom and Totalize, which is nice.

Russia will be the first DLC, followed by the Desert I hope.

Who needs Stellaris when you have Cromwells!

Game's name is known for like few hours and there is already a flame war on the forum :D Special medals for people who joined today and still participate XD

Another WW2 game without Soviet Union

*Looks at the empty pile of WW2 games with an actual Italian army and cries*

Well, as far as I remember, we've had quite a few T-34/85 and SU/ISU-xx in our previous games those last five years ... and only one Sherman recently. ;)

Well that settles that one.

Tea, anyone?
