While playing the German Kaisereich path, when the Soviets start doing their things I am called to fight but the anti-soviet pact doesn't form. I havent really done anything different than what I was doing before. I am not sure what is different besides its a bug from the update. I don't know if it matters but I havent purchased the no step back dlc.
