I know we might be at the arse end of the world but does anyone fancy a multiplayer game Australian time(GMT+10)? If there are any EUers down this end of the world let me know and I'd be happy to play any country, weekdays after 6pm AEST and weekends anytime(well almost).
One thing that slightly annoys me is that in EU with/without the IGC some places rebel and just sit there in rebelion for years and years without declaring independence. For example when I played England around the 1680s I had colonised all of OZ and was involved in a long war in places that really matter, meanwhile the ungratful convicts rebelled. Not being crucial I decided to leave them be, anyway after about 10 years I paid som attention to Oz again and all the cities there were held by the rebels. They did not declare independence evn though they had held onto the place for that long.
Hopfully in the new EU, if countries like Haiti, which are less economicly devlped than the OZ colonies would have been can be revolters than so should OZ. The Aboriginal people were not developed enough, but the settlers/convicts may have been capable of establishing an independent regime.
Maybe I shoul;d have made this two posts, sorry I'm new to this, great game anywho.
