Summary

"antiquarian regaled you with artifact's history" keeps firing, giving too much prestige

Description

The antiquarian_admires_artifact event can repeatedly fire for the same artifact, giving 75 prestige each time.
Over the course of my feast this event happened 15 times giving 1125 prestige, out of only 20 pulse events in total.
One guest was travelling from further away, giving 5 months for this event to keep firing once per week before the feast even began.
Somehow no other events were happening.
Attached zip has a video of the event log.

Steps to reproduce

Possibly there were no other valid events, though that seems unlikely.
Inviting a guest who will take a long time to arrive prolongs the time that the event can repeat for.
Ironman mode so no save file from during the feast.

I think this is fixed after 1.9.1, with this patch note:

Fixed pulse actions that fired even in passive state which led to inflated prestige and piety gain from feasts and witch rituals
As the events don't fire at all in the waiting phase now.
