I was wondering if there is a good, historically-accurate map with no permanent terra incognita (sp?). Bugs me a little in vanilla, though I'm sure there are reasons for it being there.
 
Short answer: no.

However, try Kasperus', it's the most complete map to date, as well as being the best ;)

MyMAP is the other contender, but looks bloody odd to be honest. The British Isles are massive (far too big in ratio to the rest of Europe, especially France) and the Americas are really ugly. However, it does have a good Eastern Europe and Germany, in my opinion.

But go for Kasperus' - it's the best we have so far :)
