Is there any mod for building tunnels in the map editor - looks like it was something they were going to add to the vanilla game but they havent got round to it yet.

Any Highway Off Ramp that's already connected to a regular Road because i try to connect one but can't because still have Roads that say need connections. Also can't build a Road over a Traintrack or connect to a existing highway like in East Orlando Map. Also need big Water,Power Plants to send more out. Also Naming Editor because Naming Tool is letting me name a Road or Highway.
