Any new content planned after the shrink update?

Now that we have criminally insane - what to do next?
Could we send mass-murderers in our prison to court to have them answer for their crimes (and let them ride the lightning later?)
What about a youth correction facility?
New jobs like laundry worker - for those who do not trust their prisoners?

Just nice to know whether the game is considered complete or still open for improvements.

It would be nice if they would finish existing content like the workshop. The crafted items were supposed to be higher quality and usable within your prison.
