Are you looking to discuss something right now, before the video has been released? The paradoxplaza subreddit has discussions about the teasers and other information about the game which people found on the internet.
Judging by how other games were handled in the recent past, there is probably going to be a dedicated forum here and on steam, and a subreddit and discord server relatively soon.

You're not the only one, I have also been checking the "Paradox General" for discussion about the teasers. I have a feeling its a 4x Civ game and I am kind of hyped.
