Any victorian era mods ?

I am looking for a mod that is focused on 19th century. Can anyone help me out ?

Novapaddy is also working on a mod about this period. But there is a lot of work as it's a complete reconversion. The name of the mod is "Destiny of Empires"

but why would you play such a mod for Darkest Hour when Victoria II exists?
