Via cultural decision, you can establish a cultural colony in the random territory of the culture. My question is, how to find this colony if I forgot where it is? Is there any fast way to do it?

No, but it doesnt really matter. The onl yway would be to see the "Coloniae" modifier, but that can have multiple origins

It does matter because the territory with this modifier has a bonus to assimilation speed. And I've spotted that territories lose this modified after they have been conquered in wars.

If the territory was low in POPs when you make a colony the culture changes to your primary. In the culture map you should see a territory of your primary culture in the middle of another culture.
