I can not use the salvage in the build menu. I have to manually salvage everything and thus I can not salvage electrical wires as I can not select them. I play on XBOX ONE X if that makes a difference.

Last week, prior to the Green Mars update, I deleted a length of electrical wiring, but there was one small stretch that refused to be deleted. It was right next to some uneven terrain, perhaps that was my problem. Not experienced it since. (XB1X too).
