I was wondering if someone does, as I would very much appreciate some feedback. Mostly, I am interested in knowing if you also experience all kind of unhistorical results (usually they don't bother me, but there are gazillions).
Here is what I am encountering playing Spain (started 1419 and it is 1485):
1) France has grown to gigantic proportions way beyond its cores
2) Austria is down to 2 provinces, and it is not going to get anything from Burgundy, as Burgundy is reduced to one province.
3) Mameluks have taken most of the Otoman Empire, including Thrace and all the Balkans.
4) Muscovy has already formed Russia, and is way bigger than it should by roughly 70 years into the game.
Am I being an idiot by playing the EEP wiht the betas?
Ah, and one more thing. I usually don't play Spain (fun but too easy), but wanted to give it a try with the EEP (never played the EEP before). Well, it has been a huge challenge navigating getting stability up and making any money (am keeping a puny army, but even so money is hard, though luckily inflation is quite low for Spanish standards).
Thanks for any advice!
