Granted, it's rather silly bring a modding question up now when CK II is so close, but figured why not, as there's still 4 and 1/2 months left before release anyway, so might as well if this is somehow possible.
Was wondering something... The Dynasty Icons that appear next to your character portraits of any male or female child born by your Male Dynasty Members..
Is there some way that I'm able to mod that little dynasty icon to also appear on Female members of my Dynasty that give birth to a male or female baby?
Granted, I don't think this will be a problem in CK II (as I recall the devs stating that it would recognize your female branch line of your dynasty finally), but one thing that has annoyed me while I'm playing the original CK now is the fact the game only really recognizes the main male line as your direct dynasty descendants (by giving them the icons naturally) and not the Female line, as technically their still part of your family just simply under a different branch because of who they married..
So if there's a way that's moddable to make sure it recognizes the female lines by simply giving them that "dynasty icon" underneath any children they give birth too, that would be awesome.
Reason why I'm interested in this, mostly for immersion factors so I can quickly locate what's still technically part of my dynasty even if it does not have the original dynasty name.. Secondly, I know the game ends when your dynasty is done, however, I'm hoping if somehow I can mod in those icons to appear on the female branch lines of your dynasty, that game would just simply continue, but under a different branch of the same dynastic line without having to do the save-reload trick to just simply appear under the other dynasty instead.
It's a wishful thinking question perhaps as by this point someone would have done it, but hey figured why not and ask
