We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
As tovolana pointed out, the HoI-PA is a great place to set up games, at the moment we have organized 6 games for the west 1 for the pacific, 4 for Europe, 2 for core, and have 5 affiliated groups as well.
The only thing is, most require a regular time/day commitement, and there aren't alot of pickup games (though there are from time to time).
Substitute Player Thread can be subscibed to (if you join the HoI-PA) and you can received instant notifications of games needing subs.
Master Games Index Thread can be subscibed to (if you join the HoI-PA) and you can received instant notifications of new games recruiting.

Thats all fine, but is there anywhere similar to v-net where i can get a quick fix, like with a chat client, so i can get a game whenever v-net is down. Perhaps they need a chat lobby at P/A website.
There's no place like v.net that you can use, as far as I can tell anyway.
The PA is in the process of checking on the details of having our own server for HoI, since it is possible. More on that middle of the month or so.

I saw that VNet was still down so I just nagged Maximilian who nagged Bjering who nagged Johan (now on holiday). Between them they managed to get it back up again - many thanks for their efforts.
