Well it was rather easy, in fact.

As for the new ones: Hideki Tojo / -?- / Hisaichi Terauchi... who's the middle one?

Fuchida was promoted to rear admiral in 1948, when Japan annexed Australia and invaded Canda. He lead the Japanese 5th Air Fleet which operated later in North Dakota :D.
It's a case like Skorzeny or other people who i think can be reasonably included post 1945. He was right on track and not in captivity.


There is a gap between the surrender of JAP and the establishment of the new forces (with a few new commanders - only CoS, CoN, CoA right now). So in both GER and JAP i included reasonable candidates for flag rank.
