Hey, i've seen lots of the great work that you guys producing, and i'm wondering if you guys could do a request.
The guys at the AoN forum are making a mod to Eu2 and they would like an ironclad ship. I'm sure that the two formats are almost identical so we can prolly use anything u make here.
IT would be greatly appreciated!! thx in advance.
Here i'm going to give u guys some piccies:

Here's the gunboat St. Louis. It was one of the many gunboats that defined diplomacy during this time period.
Here are two French ironclads from 1876.
The french were actually the first to build an ironclad, called La Gloire, in 1858. However, the first ironclad warship is British.
Here are some pics of the Warrior:

Notice the masts on this thing. THere were masts on ironclads actually way up until around 1870, when the HMS Captain foundered. After that nobody wanted to put masts on their ships anymore ^_^
Here is the USS monitor. I don't know why this is the ship that always comes to mind when the word ironclad is mentioned. This design was quickly rejected because it was not seaworthy. It sank at the first gale it met. It did, however prove the superiority of the turret in naval warfare.
