I didn't know about this for quite a while. It just never caused a problem. I set up an extractor to get the edge of a deposit which happened to be right next to a dome door. Now all the drones that want to use that door are stuck.

Anyone encounter this before and know a way to fix this?

The direct way is to delete your mine extractor and put it away from the door. I've had this issue with two medium domes fully constructed with two doors too close to one another, drones or people couldn't get out of one of the two doors.

The problem is not the extractor directly but that it is a concrete extractor which dug a hole in the ground so the terrain now seems impassible there.

Try to place wasted rock deposits on top of them (i don't know the english term of the building), the circled ones to gather the waste metal of your extractors. It's often how i use the space left by concrete factories i think the terrain goes by to normal with it.

Awesome! It works with any stockpile. You have saved my bacon.
