Are deposits the same everytime you play on the same map?

As per title.

I've got a couple of achievements left to get related to the surface, and I was wondering if deposits are always in the same place, at the same value and quality when you go to the same map/co-ordinates.

It'd help with basically the last couple of surface achievements I haven't got yet if I could find a good starting site which I can use as a basis for them, with adequate starting materials to get the basic colony flow going.

Sorry for the late reply (you might want to try steam forums or reddit instead, they're more active), but yes, apart from event stuff, I believe deposits are always the same. The only thing that moves are underground access points.
