Is there any way to force a peace?

I tried loading as the other side, but there is so little at stake (WS stands at 400 and maximum demands are only 50) that neither side will accept full concessions from the other let alone a white peace. The daft idiot is supposed to be a friend or I might just add a slew of claims and send an army off to Holy Land to grab that last desmesne province.

1. Open the console (ctrl+F12)
2. Type in: byzantine
3. Make your offer
4. It gets accepted
5. Type in : byzantine
6. Close the consoler (ctrl+F12)

Its entirely natural that France and England should fight when the capital of France is Canterbury, but they ought not to insist on total destruction of one or the other until the Kings stop being friends. Also plague in 1130, an AI formed Rus and the Papal court in Salisbury in this game. CK is great for throwing up something new each time along with the entirely predictable feebleness of the initial Christians in Spain and the propensity of the religious orders for self destruction.
