Does anyone know if the Areas/Regions of the map can be modified in some text editor file, or do you have to go in and edit the map itself with a utility? Thanks!

(could be useful if you have some nuke power plants or other important things lets say in the province of essen and it to be protected very good by your interceptors, and if the region is only one province, it will be defended much better)
btw, the management of fighters was far better in HoI 1 - instead of flying around over a pre-defined territory they would take off if an enemy is spotted and intercept (success depended on early or late alert of the crews)
