When I open the Armagaddon, it can't run and tell me to download the milestone first, where can I get the milestone?

got the same thing... have done all the patches i think but still get that im missing a milestone... anyone got an answer or suggestion how to fix this?

I have follow the steps, but it said that there is some unknown error in the naval convoy file and crashed.

You have almost certainly applied a vanilla HoI2 patch over Doomsday or Armageddon. i.e. you are running the vanilla HoI2.exe with newer unit files containing parameters that did not exist in vanilla HoI2. The milestone error is what you get when you install an Armageddon patch into a new folder and try to run it by itself without the rest of the game.
