Armageddon wont start

I just downloaded and installed Armageddon today and whenever i try to load it, it says: "Hearts of Iron 2 Beta
Please install the latest milestone."

i have all of the patches installed so i dont know what this is about.

also, i have XP, not vista...if that makes a difference

Did you install Arma in the same folder as HOI2 DD?

If not then...

Uninstall Arma
Uninstall HOI2 DD
Install HOI2 DD (not in same folder as last time)
Install Arma on top of that folder.
Install 1.1 patch.

I have also encountered the "Last Milestone" crap. I have uploaded all patches to DD and loaded Arma on top of DD in the same file.. Still get the milestone window. Argh!!!!!!!!! T apy:

Bed Forrest was NOT a Lt. General (***). He pretty much did what he wanted to do or what he thought needed to be done. T
