Army being led by dead general

I'm playing the Nanbu clan. It is October 1476. At this time, I only have one small retinue/standing army. That army is apparently being led by Nanbu Harusuke. Harausuke has been dead for a year, however, he died July 6th 1475, as can be seen from the military screen.

Or am I missing something?
