I have questions on how to manage my armies.

When I have two armies in the same province, should I reorganize them into one army?

Do two 10k armies have the same effect as one 20k army?

If I enter a province with a fort do I automatically lay siege to the fort? If I move in a second army do they join in the siege? If I besiege it, my army splits and one will lay siege. How can I then add soldiers to this siege?

When is an army too large? When should I split them?

Thanks

Eric

That depends. If you plan to move your armies to seperate provinces, they should stay seperate. If you plan to send them to same province, why not merge? Less clicks to move.

They fight like 20k army, but you see 2 soldiers in battle screen. And that's the only difference.

Yes, they do (you must win a battle first of there is an enemy army in that province). And yes they do too

Army is too large when your province can't support it anymore: to avoid attricion, it's best to split it and keep part of it in the neighbourging province. And your army is never too large if it's in enemy's province. It's smart to have siege armies with lots of cannons and some infantary: this way you will get max results with min army.

Hope that helps
