Whenever i enter a battle my army morale decrease huge sometimes i cant win a battle even i got twice bigger number than enemy. I tried different army composations to see any different but its not working am i missing something?

Looking at the battle screenshot, your army is listed as having 108% discipline and 3.4 base morale compared to 110% discipline and 5.5 base morale for the Albanian army.
That morale difference would be seriously hard to overcome with raw numbers using perfect combat management. What national ideas have you choose? What have your opponents picked?

so i have to upgrade morale through military ideas? I chose mostly about manpower and tax increase
If you want to win battles, once you have enough units to fill the full combat width, troop quality is going to beat further quantity.
You are running 140k total troops, that should be enough for nearly two full combat width stacks, so I would say your numbers are sufficient.

From your second screenshot it looks like your enemy has military tech 15 while you don't. tech 15 is very important, because it gives +1 morale, +0.25 tactics and new infantry units.
Next time it's a good idea to mouseover the morale number, it should break down what makes up the morale difference. Sometimes various events trigger that increase or decrease morale by a moderate margin.
