Army stuck after war (in a location with no access)

Description​

This is a problem where when my army ventures too deep into enemy territory, it gets stuck post-war unless you acquire that province or have that puppet for yourself

Steps to reproduce​

Step 1: start a war
Step 2: push and win
Step 3: sue for peace, make sure you don't get the province or enforce military access etc.
Step 4: army is now stuck and must be disbanded to teleport away

(In my screenshot, I already disbanded the army which got stuck in Kurdish land. And then when fighting the Iraqi secession, the front is at where the army got stuck)
