Army tech double entries

WAD, one inventions fires is you go for Clauswitzian thoery and the other if you go for Jomanian Attitude (or however the hell you spell them). There also duplicates in the Naval inventions, depending if you choose Naval Hero or Superior crew.
 
Other problem with thechs. When you get some from an event (like ottomans losing the crimean war) it tends to give you a set of same techs (like Steam Enigine, Steam Engine, Steam Engine, Romanticism, Steam Engine). A similar thing happens when AI trys to trade with you (always offering a bunch of the same techs and $1500 - this however costs you all of research points - like when they give you 3 same techs you lose around 30 RP)
