This issue happens immediately after opening my game. It persists throughout and is not caused by any specific action.

I have tried uninstalling + reinstalling the game, uninstalling certain mods, and verifying game files. No process has worked to this point. Ran game with no mods + no workshop, issue persists.

I finished checking my mods and only had to do one change: Network Extension 2 -> RON + NE2 Roads Replacement. When loading in the game, I received a TMPE error which I am currently figuring out with TMPE support staff.
