Artifact forge not working

Won't let me place items in the slots sacrifice, sacrifice for the shard, or forge. I can transfer items between the bank and my characters, however.

Also, it would be nice if there were more traders on the map... I have to trek pretty far when I go broke to hawk off my excess items.

And of course the stone circles not working.

Stone circles were fixed tonight and the artifact forge works fine for me in the prologue. Remember all these buildings require upgrades to function. You can't use the forge to combine or sacrifice until upgraded, same with using the circles to teleport.
