As a regent, my Entrenched regency suddenly ended when i have the level 2 power scale

Description​

As a entrenched regent, when my liege grew up, i always lose my regent position suddenly even i have level 2 power which should let me cannot be discharged.

Steps to reproduce​

be a regent, and wait until the liege grow up( until about 17 years old ), i managed to recreated this bug by giving my regent a piece of land and to play as her, and then wait until October 14th.(the file which i uploaded)
