Asatru counties allow non-Asatru to host Festival activity

Description​

During my latest game as Catholic Poland, after conquering some counties that Norse had turned into Asatru, I noticed that my Activity list has Festival/Blot in it even though my character's Faith is Catholic.

When I saw this happen I felt that rather than granting access to the activity type by simple county ownership, the character would also need to be of this religion that can perform human sacrifice.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Play as a Catholic Polish character while you control Asatru counties
2. Go to Activity section
3. Notice that Festival activity can be chosen.

This is not a bug, characters who rule over counties that have a faith that has Gruesome Festivals (Blóts in the case of Ásatrú) can participate in these sacrificial rituals to appease the population practicing this faith - regardless of the ruler's faith. In this case it gives you a popular opinion buff and will help avoid popular revolts at the cost of piety (since you are Catholic).

Ooh ok. I see. Well I am glad it is working as designed then. In that case the description is maybe a bit odd because it refers to a sacrifice to "God" which sounds like it is referring to the God from Catholic faith. Where I am not sure if it should then refer to the practitioners of this other faith.

Ah! Then you still have a legitimate bug in that this seems to be a localization issue! In any case I am glad to have helped.
