Is there an official assembly repo somewhere on git so that I can access them without having access to the game folder?
The reason is I am not at my PC at all times and it would be of great convenience to just get the assemblies and screw around making some small mod while I am "on the road" without having to keep in mind to always keep my stuff updated / install steam and have skylines on all my machines.
