It's a known issue with the game, if it tends to crash for you when opening Find It: try opening the panel and scroll slowly at first before scrolling through the whole asset list.
Basically in some cases, the game just needs a second to load images
Why is it that when I build a building, the demolition icon appears and building disappears after a while?
Installation hanging at 88%
EDIT: scratch that, after a restart it still hung at 88% but after a short while, much shorter than when I cancelled it at first attempt, it completed.

I too have the same problem when placing a building. It immediately displays the demolition icon and then shortly afterwards, the building disappears.
