I have extra mouse buttons assigned to "+" or speed up and "pause" to pause the game. Both assignments work with all other Pdox games I've played and worked great with the CK2 Demo. Neither is working with the game. Any suggestions?

I restarted the game and it works fine. Sorry to be so quick, but for reasons I won't explain in detail this is kind of important to me - I suffered an actual injury playing as the Aztecs years ago!
