Assigning Characters to Council Bug with 1.15.0.1

Ever since this morning's 1.15.0.1 update certain menus, most notably the appoint a Spymaster/Chancellor/Marshal/etc. character list is formatted in a way that makes it impossible to appoint certain characters. It appears that the Assign button is placed on the same row as the character attributes/traits/religion/culture line so for characters that have more or less traits the Assign button is shifted to the left or right. For characters with a lot of traits the Assign button is entirely pushed off of the pop-up list, to the right, and missing as a result, making it impossible to appoint them. Please reformat.

To reproduce, simply try to appoint any council positions to characters with a lot of traits.

Same problem here. I can't assign my most powerful vassals because they have too many traits.
